LeakyCon 2009

LeakyCon was awesome! It was awesome for many many reasons. Two of which were the premiere of the Finding Hogwarts Trailer. John and Bre did an awesome job! So cool!

The second was that I got to talk about art and drawing and Harry Potter all at the same time. I had two drawing sessions/talkings, one for anyone, and another for the Youth programing. Where we all drew a House Elf.

All of the Wizard Wrock was great. The Ball was a blast! Seeing wizards from all around the world was amazing!! But the cherry on top of a weekend full of cherries was hanging out with Michael Goldenburg! For 3 plus hours I got to talk to and pick the brain of an actual working Screenwriter. But not just any screenwriter one who had the honor of translating my favorite harry potter book to the silver screen! He was so awesome, we got to nerd out on Potter.

haha Frak, I was at your youth programming and that was a lot of fun. I have my attempt at a house elf hung up on my wall. That was one of my favorite programming :)

I'm gonna have to agree with you on the whole Michael-Goldenberg-was-the-best thing, but my reason's a bit different :)

(That last part just begs the question... which is all the better reason to end this comment now!)

Hi! We had a lovely chat when you all stopped in Denver. Glad to see you updated your blog! I was unable to go to your LC Programming, but from the looks of it, it seems like it was a lot of fun! Also, loved the Finding Hogwarts trailer - can't wait to see the movie!
